We don’t take your clothes out of your property or put them in a van with lots of other people’s clothes, we simply iron them in your home.

We are now open and following government guidelines. Please take a moment to read the precautions we are taken.
- Each member of staff will be provided with a number of washable face masks – enough to have a fresh mask for each clean every day.
- We have a large stock of disposable gloves in two sizes, so that the staff can double glove – along with a supply of cotton gloves to wear underneath so that their hands don’t get too sore.
- Each team will have access to disposable aprons which will be changed between each clean.
- We have a supply of 75% alcohol hand sanitiser – each member of staff will have refillable bottles on them at all times, and they will be able to refill them from a central stock held in the office.
- We will be using a virucide to clean all touch points as we work through each room.
- Each vehicle will be regularly sanitised throughout the day.
- The cleaning kit will be cleaned in between each clean.
- We will be following PHE guidelines to maintain a 2m distance from all household occupants.
- No work will be able to be carried out in any household where any occupants are symptomatic.
- If any of the staff show any symptoms, they will be asked to return home and self-isolate for 14 days.
- In order to help assess the staff’s health, they will be subject to a temperature check each morning before starting work – we have invested in a no touch infrared thermometer, and will be recording temperatures on a daily basis.
